B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Massive B&M store. Shop itself has everything. Felt the garden centre was poor as had dead plants and nothing we were interested in was priced. Also the service at the checkout wasn’t the best on the day.

Asker for carpet cleaner after serching the cleaning isle and 5 times to be taken back to the Isle and told its there and pointed back to the same isle. Some of your staff need education. If ur having a bad day don't work with the public

Very large store, wide range of products. Could have been in there for hours at a time. Nice garden center arra as well.

Last couple of times l have had to return goods which are faulty when l get home. On returning the item yesterday on the same day no apology from the member of staff(think was a supervisor),just a blank stare with his mouth open... Think the staff need to brush up on their customer service skills as they clearly have none, will stick to home bargains as the shop not only has friendlier staff but its cleaner and more organised!

Great store, full of everything l need, everytime l visit the store. Staff are helpful and efficient, l.m disabled and l find the store very easy to enter and leave, the entrance is ground level. B&M is in a shopping complex on Newport rd, with lots of parking, great for general shopping and special occasions.

Great,lots of items in this big store good prices and discounts full range of household goods, packaged food and some refrigerated items, alcohol also.

Getting around, and out of the car park during busy times can be slow and frustrating. Member of staff I spoke to was very helpful.
