Excellent selection in all departments. Not a shop to go to if you only want one item impossible to avoid the low prices

Absolutely love b&m. Great choices of most things. Staff generally polite and cheerful. I would give more stars but the entrance and exit of the store I visit is not disable friendly as the gradient on the path outside is awful. Also, people outside smoking is not good. Not b&m's fault but if enough people complained, perhaps the things I mentioned could be addressed.

Really well laid out store with a good selection of items. The tills were very busy and queues were a bit messy but sorted themselves out would help if a staff member could assist during really busy periods to manage it a bit.

Plenty of tills open and plenty of staff filling shelves a great selection from food to furnishing and everything in-between
