First time ever of visiting shop! Well presented, all set out well and was able to browse with ease. They had great range if stock to choose from, should find everything you want here!
Staff very friendly also, a pleasant greeting when walked in, never pestered, left alone but to hand if help needed.

I liked this store Ladybrook Mansfield)before lockdown, but today came face to face with two women who refused to follow the arrows around the store, this was in the last aisle. I told them they were going the wrong way but they said they were right, I said no they weren't and got ignored. I really think they should have staff pointing ignorant people in the right direction if they ignore the arrows. I did not feel safe , so won't bother going in again. As I was coming out, I saw them trying to get in the queue from the wrong direction. I did say something to the cashier but was ignored. I know it is difficult times, but we all need to feel safe when shopping especially us elderly people. It is not rocket science to follow arrows . It is these sort of people that have caused a lot of trouble with the virus spreading. I will carry on with online shopping from Tesco and Morrisons.

Great store for low price, weekly shops. Shared car park with the pub next door, usually plenty of parking available. Polite, helpful staff.

Very good prices stocks most food items for a small shop if not on the shelf ask .
