Just your average to good discounted supermarket in the Nuneaton town centre, most of the items are stored in their fridge/freezers. While other consumable products that does not need refrigeration are placed on shelves at the top. The staff here are nice and courteous 👍

I like Heron, because everywhere else asks me for ID, when I have a big beard lol. The people who work here are down to earth and don't judge you. Even the customers in Heron are nice.

One time during lockdown I went here, and asked a customer if he was queuing to go inside, he said 'No go ahead, we're not like that here'

Never been in a shop where the customers feel part of it, the staff have build a working relationship with regular customers, like it should be.

I'll also add, they've never mentioned me not wearing a mask either. Refreshing these days, as often people use ID/Mask to grab some power.
