Discount Displays

I have recently had a number of prints done by Discount Displays and the quality is beyond exceptional. A giant wall art mural printed on wallpaper looks unbelievably good - the colour calibration and contrast is perfect. Skin tones look so natural which I've never had before. They helped me set up the artwork along the way and showed great patience as I made a few mistakes. They helped ensure I achieved a perfect result. I had some vinyl stickers printed and I have never seen images that pack such a punch in my life! Lorraine has been extremely helpful and patient. I will definitely be getting more prints done in future! Thanks - Adam

Tried to place an order with Discount Displays, had to chase response to first email, second email went unanswered, gave up after a week. They are obviously doing so well that they don't need the business.

Aaron - I appreciate your response below but you did get my email because Linda eventually replied to the first one after I chase it. I have no desire to deal with your company and have taken my business elsewhere.

I would not order from this company. I placed an order two weeks ago and the product was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days. I have now had to chase them and have been told there has been a delay of up to a month from when I originally placed the order. Have then been told I could order a much more expensive item and have been told I will need to pay again for an express delivery service even though I placed an order two weeks ago. Rude and incompetent service from both Blake who placed the order with and the receptionist who scoffed at the situation. Plenty of other companies out there offering the same products with better service.

Positive reviews seem to be from commercial customers. I ordered a poster 45" square. Instead of telling me the image wasn't suitable for that size Giles just sent a 45" x 28". I paid for a 45" sqaure poster. Responded to one or two emails then went dark and ignored the others and wont answer phone. Disgusting customer service paid nearly £60 for a product that cant be used and is not what we asked for. Stay frosty if your a domestic customer.

AMAZING SERVICE
Bought for our Branch an Easy Pocket A1 portrait with accessories. A landscape version was sent in error. Contacted them and Giles Fletcher quickly sorted it out and posted me the correct one, which I got within 24 hours. Without any hassle or arguments. The whole service from start of purchase to finish was amazing. Errors happen occasionally and it is how it is dealt with that really matters. Will definatley use them again and would highly recommend.

I ordered 100 magnetic taxi door signs late Friday afternoon. I received a call almost immediately to confirm my exact requirements. I approved the artwork on Monday morning and received the door signs at 9.30am on Wednesday.
I have to say WOW!! The product was excellent and exactly to my specifications. The service I received was 100% and the price was excellent too. Keep up the good work!! Thank you so much.

I had the worse experience to deal with this company they miss printed my banner half front and half back also it was of wrong size lost my first contract
I told them before ordering about the whole situation and they assured me, it was all lies,
Lost my weekend exhibition contract and the client as well with my significant loss of earning who is responsible? and when I asked for a refund it took me ages to get my money back as they deal the third party
Also the lady on the email Linda wouldn’t accept the mistake till I gave for full explanation eventually did admit but I had lost my contract by then
Stay away from them if you want serious business gave me so much stress!!!
