Really poor service waited 8 weeks for return of lighter and 2 days later lid fell off

Sent first zippo returned OK were I would give five stars but my second zippo which was a special one because it was for a 40th birthday from cleo's a lady replyed back after phone call to them I'm getting no reply now calls no going through or getting any messages I've left a few so it means it's gone thanks
