As with any business there is room for improvement. Although regarding employee conduct and sense of belonging this establishment has a great sense of togetherness. I have worked here for a while now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here working alongside some very lovely and talented people! If I was to point anything out specifically that needs mentioning it would be the small lapses in communication where departments cross over, otherwise known as finger pointing instead of taking accountability. Overall it’s a great place to work in comparison to other places.

They don't have any idea how to train their workers, their corona virus protection isn't great. they don't train on manual handling i literally saw 5 people carry boxes over their shoulder. modern slavery breaches. don't work here

It is very unfortunate that in this day and age there is clear discrimination is a work place. The security is absolutely disgusting for the way they treat young ethnic minorities and putting them in dangerous situations by giving false information about where the location of the warehouse is when there is only one and insisting the actual warehouse eis over 20 minute walk away although that is not true. When confronted about the situation they laugh and are dismissive and there needs to be serious improvements made to ensure a safe and professional work place. Rating it a one star is a massive shame for a brand this big.

I like the canteen and it is straightforward to get into a job and I would like to know more about the new look contract.
