Driver in one of their hgv’s ignored sign advising wasn’t suitable for HGV’s causing significant damage to trees and a house down a small narrow country lane, including driving and knocking over the warning signs! Failed to pay for £900 of damage sustained to a private dwelling. Terrible company!

My item came all the way from Ireland on a pallet and ended up at cross country carriers bury St. Edmunds. It was delivered to me and at the last hurdle it fell. The driver (Paul ) phoned me and explained that he couldn't get his lorry to my address because of badly parked cars on my estate. So i suggested that i would bring my car to him and see if the item would fit in my estate car. Paul was extremely helpful he went the extra mile to help me get my delivery to my house.
