First called phone was picked up and put down immediately, after calling back have been on hold over an hour and pretty sure the place is closed now.

Terrible service for something which provides such essential services for life

On hold for 6mins not hub but to go through to a different dept just kept ringing and then the call was buttoned and the phone was cut off
