My experience with Gina was great, she was very thorough with her examination, was easy to communicate with and helped me to feel comfortable in her space. Gina gave me a greater understanding of why I was having physical problems and offered me solutions, that have so far helped me a lot. I had previously been told by an NHS physiotherapist and a private osteopath that I had a twisted pelvis and my body couldn't endure extreme physical exercise such and running, the only solution they gave me were simple lower back strengthening exercises that didn't alter much. When I visited Gina she discovered I have one leg slightly longer that the other that put my center of gravity off balance and I was over compensating on one side of my body. I didn't have a twisted pelvis at all, Gina gave me insoles that have improved the pain and my posture an incredible amount.
I would recommend seeing Gina to anyone, she is a knowledgeable woman with a positive attitude.

I have been working with Gina for three years now. When we first met, I have already lost hope of being able to lead a full life, but in these three years of the majority of my problems have been solved. I feel better than ever. Individual pilates classes with a specialist of this level have restored the functionality of my muscles. The classes and procedures are all tailor-made for individual clients' needs, and after a while they become like a meeting of good friends. Gina is a very knowledgeable, talented and attentive specialist.

After a recommendation from a colleague, I have recently visited Gina's clinic, and have found her to be extremely professional.. She has a very calming nature and put me at ease from the moment I visited her. I explained that I had lower back pain for quite a while, Gina took great care dissecting my medical and activity history. I felt so much better from the first visit and she advised me of some exercises and stretching to improve my condition, I was also able to contact her if I had any questions in between my visits. I think she is lovely and I highly recommended her..

I started seeing Gina for knee and shoulder pain a little over 6 months ago and I'm delighted with the results! Gina has brought me a long way along not only by way of treatment but also in helping me understand and manage the root cause of my pain issues (hyper-motility). I have been to a number of physiotherapists over the years but Gina was the first one to point out my hyper-motility and help me tackle it - and it has made such a difference! I feel like I have so much more confidence with what I can do with my body, something that was deeply crippled by what had seemed like chronic pain only months ago. I’ve gone from not being able to stand long enough to make breakfast to going back to the gym, doing pilates, taking long walks and swimming! I would recommend Gina in a heartbeat.

I am thoroughly impressed by the service Gina provides. Her premises are modern, clean, private and comfortable. Gina is an expert in her field with up to date knowledge of the latest research and treatment models; I trust her to diagnose and treat me and have often recommended her services to friends because of my total confidence in her work. I am especially pleased to recommend her to friends who may have complex problems as I know she is fully equipped to offer the best advice and treatment. Gina has the latest technology to design accurate prescription orthotics and the professional expertise to ensure these are correctly fitted. Her products and services are also very competitively priced.

I joined Gina's Pilates classes at the Osprey Clinic less than a year ago and I feel that am already stronger and more confident about my movements.
I have Hypermobility Syndrome and I started training with Gina to gain core strength and to learn how to use my muscles properly.
Although we had to move to Zoom a few months after I started attending the classes, because of the pandemic, I continued to notice important and continuous changes in my body. The fact that we are online makes it possible for me to attend classes three times a week, which is helping me to develop my strength even further and to avoid injury.
I recommend Gina’s classes for anyone who wants to get stronger and healthier!

Gina is a very experienced & knowledgeable osteopath. She quickly gained my confidence through her detailed history-taking and grasp of the critical issues. Her booking flexibility, amiable style, empathy and effective treatments gave great reassurance. Gina also gave excellent advice on how to manage my exercise/day-to-day life routine. I have no hesitation in recommending Gina.

Thank you so much, Gina!

I've had mild Carpal Tunnel Syndrome , De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, and some issues with my back/neck/shoulders which were causing me a lot of pain and limiting certain movements.

Gina is also very knowledgeable. She finds the root cause of the issue and resolves it which had made such a difference. I don't feel the excruciating pain I had to live with before my sessions. I've also noticed certain movements aren't as difficult as they used to be.

I've had 10 sessions with Gina so far and will definitely continue seeing her!
