Housing officer made error in reference paperwork to letting agent subsequently delaying a potential move in date

I was dealt with quickly and by friendly, knowledgeable staff. My enquiry was handled efficiently and I was telephoned later with an update.

Tried to call this department, to help prevent a young, mentally unstable person becoming homeless:
Second in the queue and waiting time is over 15 minutes? How can this help a homeless person wanting to speak to this department? Its not a freephone number, even. So, this is a department paid for by me that can not answer a call from me in a reasonable time! And forever the second in the queue! Will try email, at least there is a trail then!

Overworked, overwhelmed and apathetic to the point of cruelty. Need more staff
