National Diving & Activity Centre (NDAC)

Had a great SUP session with Big Crazy on the weekend. Stunning weather. Parking is okay, even though it was pretty busy on that day.

Staff I came across were all helpful and friendly, enjoyed a drink overlooking the water afterwards.

Only feedback for NDAC is it would be great if the changing rooms and toilets were upgraded. When I visited there were 2 ladies toilets and 2 ladies showers and one of each was out of order. When someone directed me to the 'toilet block' I expected more than 2 (which really was only 1 on this day).

It was also unclear whether we could use the courtesy bus down from the car park to the lagoon. Nobody offered even though I'm pretty sure they saw us coming. They drove off half empty so we assumed it was for divers only and not for the other activities and carried on walking. Can you clarify?

All in all a brilliant experience with just a few little areas where NDAC could possibly improve or be more transparent. However, I would definitely return.

Awesome place for divers to brush up on their skills, test new equipment or just have a fun weekend. Plenty to explore with good visibility and suitable to any depth / spec / level.
Non-divers will also enjoy the floating activities, zip line, accomodations, bar and café. Well worth the visit for families.

Really good facilities for freediving. Restaurant is just what you need after a day of diving.

Can only really comment on the zip wire and the cafe as didn't use the diving. However, the zip wire is great, with really helpful staff...don't forget to register at the bottom before travelling up to the top of the quarry for th zip wire (signage could be better or better still they could register you at the top!), and fantastic half mile journey down. Cafe is a real gem with great service and food (tapas, fajitas, curries, burgers, sandwiches) and for real good value (all £10 or under).

Visited with my two children today to have a session on Atlantis Water Park. Not sure if the staff hate thier jobs but I personally found that they had very little to give, and failed at being helpful. I guess some people have it and some don't... general signage, and changing rooms are far behind what you would expect in 2021... especially having spent time at Zip World North Wales... they have sussed it... friendly helpful staff, great facilities, and well organised...

NDAC have to play catch up.

The water park was great, and we had a fantastic session....

The walk back and de kit, again terrible service as the staff all walk off and hide away to remove themselves from the public.

All in all, we had a great experience, but the centre does need to look over the comments and implement changes to bring it up to the modern era.

A group of 9 of us used Atlantas Water Park and were really impressed. It was really well organised and I felt that the staff were keeping a close eye to ensure everyone‘a safety (there were several other large groups). The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Aqua Park great fun, kids loved it! 30 minutes on the water doesn't sound long, but it's perfect. Car full of sleeping kids on the way home. Cafe pretty good too and a fair price.

Had a fantastic afternoon. Staff food zip wire great. Only marked rating down as my booking process had been very difficult and been so much easier if I could have contacted someone by phone.
