B&Q Dartford

My rating today is based on quality of service, absolutely appalling, if you do not want to work there its fine get a new job, i cant ask for help and no one responds/is available for almost 20 mins.
Get yourself a new job and stop being mean to people that need help with certain things.

Concerning variety of items, they do have a lot in whatever department you need, thats why this review has a second star. ⭐️

A most excellent store. Its a bit challenging to look for some things if you are in a hurry. The only downside is there are not enough staff at the tills to he'll with the checkout.

Great store a lovely assistant helped me with choosing my paint and my blinds for the bedroom she was amazing and the guy who cuts the wood was so helpful. Lovely store and lovely people.

Found everything I needed, but apparently their new dartford manager has ordered the staff to no longer cut wood for customers (trade card might as well go in the bin now then) what a waste of time.

Found what was needed, however only tills open were self service and 1 of the items was apparently 18+ (some white sealent) and I was standing there for a while and nobody was coming to approve it. 2 members of staff just walked past me, granted they may not have been on that area but I got so bored I left without my purchase. Went to b&m in Dartford and got the items there instead. More staff needed around the till area!

Always a pleasure to buy something here. The staff (Phil, Pam, Jane, etc)at the trade counter, are always so helpful each time.

Big store, absolutely everything you need from gardening to paintinng electrical, there is a large nursery at the back, staff arr knowlegable and accomadating huge car park with other convienient stores

Very Helpful staff, Huge store and place to pray (for Muslims). Has wide range of home and furniture goods. Fantastic.
