Just want acknowledge the brilliant customer service received from Josh this morning. Would not hesitate to recommend this store. Young lady that took my call at 7.59pm last night (19.08.22) was fantastic too!! 👏👏

Massive store, easily find what you need, and if not there are other hardware stores not that far away on foot or via car. Though I don't forsee anyone being unable to find in this particular B&Q in Crewe whatever it is they need. There is a cafe, toilets, wheelchair access, more than ample parking, they sell plants, seeds and Christmas trees, plus Christmas decorations, sun loungers, garden furniture, garden tools, paint, brushes, electrical DIY tools, light shades, lamps, electric fires, laundry baskets, wallpaper, soft furnishings, mirrors, tiles, kitchens/bathrooms and so on. It is worth a visit and nice to wander. Staff are helpful and friendly. 10/10

Massive store with loads to choose from. Staff are very helpful. Have to watch prices on certain items. Great for picking up a bargain in the clearance section. Huge carpark, so always able to park and convenient location (opposite station).

The staff here are very friendly, and the manager Paul is extremely helpful. They really helped me decipher what I needed to get a small plumbing job done, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks!

All you would want and expect of a large DIY warehouse. Very good range of items in all categories. The on-line website is very helpful telling you not only how many of an item are in stock but also which aisle within the store it can be found in. If you're in a hurry that can save time. Manned and self service check outs available. Adequate parking.

I like the huge array of stock B&Q have, and the level of choice is really good. I would've given more stars if it weren't for the fact that I hate their policy of having an enormous amount of living plants on the basis that half of them die (from simply never getting watered!). For many years I have complained and their stock excuse is that no staff are available to water them (how hard can it be??) it's heartbreaking to see so many beautiful plants so parched they weigh nothing, and the staff just walk on by in a leisurely fashion. Buck up B&Q, it's criminal to carry on this way, and extremely upsetting to many of your customers.

Great to visit for ideas and inspiration. A larger range than other stores that I have visited and prices more competitive than I remember on previous projects.
