B&Q Caerphilly

So many different diy specialists around but b&Q offer the best ranges for all diy needs. Not just for amateurs but also professionals which is evident with their trade points. Not only a vast range of products but varying price ranges. A number of occasions I needed help and guidance which I have always received. The knowledge of the staff is extensive and some what reassuring. Recently signed up to the B&Q club card which gave me £5 off my transaction. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A bit disappointed, ordered paint online and when I collected it they said don't worry the return sticker on the tin is not a return but just stock from another store. When I got home it was only 3 quarters full. Don't order online get one off the shelf to be sure.

To be fair, B&Q is always really well organised and structured. This store is no exception. We went in for a mirror and some DC fix that we can make wedding decorations out of, so this was a quick in and out, but I can usually spend a lot longer just browsing before the better half pulls me out by my ear!

Went to this store and asked if could have a Bathroom quote, I was served by a young woman with long blonde hair I think in her 20s'?? with : "I can't be bother attitude and hate my job" ! It was really a pathetic attitude and bad customer service. B&Q should be more selective when recruiting , because of her I want my bathrom done with another company .

The staff is really friendly telephonically and in person. The building has enough free parking on the site.

Little bit ackward with a public transport. Prices are reasonable and it's where you may find almost anything you may think of when it comes to building material.

They do delivery if you happen not to have suitable transport for what you bought. Appropriate parking and access with wheelchair too.

surprised and pleased that the Caerphilly B and Q store was so big and comprehensively stocked. Seemed to be just as good as the one in Pentwyn Cardiff, and the car park was easier. Second visit, found that infact it is not as comprehensively stocked as we at first thought, and some of the staff were indifferent.

Went in to buy a power tool and accessories but couldn't locate it. Asked the cashier who passed on the details to a colleague and within a minute i had what I needed. Staff are always happy to assist with a smile. Fabulous service. My favourite hardware store!

Was great. Went for a Christmas tree and a few other bits and pieces, brilliant selection and come back with one that was perfect, helpful staff too so top marks
