Went to b&q Llanelli on Friday 11th Dec 2020 evening to buy a complete new kitchen and take it home with us and I can honestly say the members of staff we had engaged with were amazing 👏 and went above and beyond for us from helping to get all 80 items to paying for them and loading them into the van. Very poor now they have changed it all to self service, created so much confusion for many there which created queues. Difficult to find staff to assist with what you needed.

Very good. Just wish there were more tills open with humans serving. Had to get help a couple of times and although this happened quickly it would have been easier if we had a real human being in the first place!

Went for paint so a friend could paint the kitchen for us. Great choice of colours and well priced for white and cream we opted for the colour grey well pleased with how its turned out.

Now they have put scan to pay tills I'm off to a different shop hopeless system both customers and staff are not impressed
