The Surgery

Trying to get an appointment. I've been holding on phone for 59 mins so far trying to speak to a receptionist and am still only number 3 in the queue - although I started at number 11.
By the time I get to 1st in the queue they will be closing for lunch!
Aaaaarrrggghhhhhh!!!!!!

Fantastic surgery, all staff friendly and professional. Been with them for 12 years and have never had a problem.

thanks for the good service para medic was with me called the surgery re getting a script ,,doctor called him back in 2 mins ,,script was sent to pharmacy right away ,,and friend collected within 40 mins,,,,thanks michael driver
