The phone is always engaged. No queuing system so you can spend all day re ringing. The website is unavailable so one cannot even email. What an abysmal lack of service

The doctors are great for the receptionist have no care in the world at least the ones I've spoken to, I hate the process of calling up the doctors as every time I do I am simply turned away

The receptionist is meant to ask what your problem is to see if there's any sense of urgency but no questions whatsoever

Again it's not the doctors it's the receptionist that let your practice down.

It's my Doctor surgery and they are very friendly and helpful.
