Swan Surgery

Yet again I am writing another terrible review for this surgery.

I live to far from the surgery to walk there, there are very few if any buses from my house there an taxis are too expensive to get there. So I always book phone call appointments today I missed an appointment about my mental health because again for the 7th time they didn’t book a phone call they booked an in person appointment I now have to wait until mid July.

This is absolutely sickening! I highly recommend avoiding this surgery at all cost and if like me you have to use this surgery expect a lot of issues

My partner has had an absolute nightmare with this poor excuse of a surgery! Having appointments made without her knowledge, to then be called up and asked why she hasn't attended. Not being able to collect her prescriptions due to Doctors not approving her medication, time and time again. The last straw was today. Waiting all day for a phone call appointment that has been scheduled for 3 weeks. To be told it was cancelled by her?! Clearly don't care about their patients. I urge everyone to stay clear of this place.

I had to attend this surgery for a physio appointment and I can't praise them enough. While waiting in reception a young man was desperately trying to get an appointment . One of the doctors passing by stepped in to help. Very caring atmosphere

I had incredible service from Swan surgery after a possible cancer scare. The GP I saw was wonderful, really 10/10 and I have yet to have a bad encounter yet. Everywhere in the NHS is over stretched right now but the I have always come away from Swan surgery reassured and feeling I am in safe hands

Sometimes a bit of a faff for an appointment but once you see a doctor can't fault them. Pleasant and professional. Never had any problems, would recommend.

Receptions lie all the time saying they book you in a phone call or appointment it’s only when u go there face to face they do something about it. When you actually ring up they will say anything to get you off the phone.

I have been coming to this surgery for many years and I’m pleased to say , I’ve rarely encountered any problems . More recently I’ve been through a very difficult patch in my life , and predominantly , have been seeing Lauren Rottman . I cannot fault this lady in anyway. I have felt really low and really worried and she gives me the lift and confidence I need to sort stuff out . She is bright , enthusiastic, encouraging and so supportive . She is very professional and so kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have started to feel better the ministry I’ve left the surgery , thanks to her positivity and encouragement You couldn’t wish for a better doctor .

Whenever I speak with any body at Swan Surgery they are always helpful and friendly. The problem is getting to speak to some one in the first place. So far today I have just wasted well over an hour trying to get advice on bad reactions to a new medication. 3 times I have waited online for over 20 minutes before being placed as number 1 only to be left listening to ringing tone and eventually being cut off.
Your staff work hard but your telephone system is dodgy at best.
