Really bad service Very hard to get an appointment via doctor link or by phone. After months I received a call by a female doctor who did not introduce herself &was not very helpful . While explaining things to her she rudely interrupted & very quickly said a link will be sent to your phone thankyou & hung up. I am always having to look for alternatives & private care due to this, Staff can be quite rude instead of reassuring, 1 star given only because I had to

Really disappointed with them no answer on the phone half an hour waiting in a que after they cancel the call I don’t understand how they do they need only salary they don’t want to check the patients.

I can't stress how unorganised and poor this service is. I truly believe that there cannot be any poorer service then them. The receptionist are rude, unprofessional and uneducated,they seriously need to be trained before letting them deal with public. I was referred to a specialist and heard absolutely nothing.. No call, no letter, no email... I recently had an appointment, waited for 30 mins and everyone else gets called but me... They haven't updated my address in almost 4 months. When I asked why, they said the system is not letting them. Truly truly horrendous practice. I will be changing...

What an earth is going on at this surgery??? I try to call 8 am and too many people can't get thru when I do get thru I'm in a queue once I finallyanage to get thru that que there are apps 4 weeks away... or 0 appointments I went on the app the only options it asks you are not for the doctor they for the nurse and NEW patients all day everyday availability for NEW PATIENTS (very conveniently...- you just wait till you get past that ) so I booked via the app and 4 days later app cancelled ... no other appointments available.... last 4 days the number for the surgery just doesn't not connect ....im sorry but absolutely hit surgery but that being said when you do by a miracle get an appointment with the doc I have to say quite nice doctors and treat you well .. but you have to climb a mountain to get to that stage... time to leave and move else where

Can never get appointment ans get told to ring back tomorrow at 8am ,when you call back it's LINE BUSY anw they say sorry no appointments left at 8.12am

I just liked to stay there cause dr Omar and dr. Mahmood and nice nurse Tafsia. However, it is Not possible to get appointment even for baby! Receptions are not helpful. From 8am line is busy and when reception finally answer -after milion calls- said that there is no more appointments 😂 and this is since year, so no point to stay there.

Receptionist are so rude that I'm shocked at how they ever got hired. The phone lines are purposefully engaged and you can never get through. Doctors fail to do comprehensive assessments when making diagnosis. For example, I suspected that I had thyroid problems based on my symptoms so my blood test which I had to wait weeks for only tested for the thyroid hormones. It came back fine but my symptoms remain the same. Now I have to wait weeks before I can book another doctors appointment to be assessed for another blood test to check for anything else. Waste of time

Such an awful practice. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for medical negligence yet. My elderly mother desperately needed an appointment, I asked for same day and the receptionist said is it an emergency? If it was an emergency I would be ringing 999 I politely replied. 5 weeks for a telephone appointment!! Thankfully I have changed my mother to a different surgery. She has me, I feel sorry for the vulnerable people waiting 5 weeks for a telephone appointment.
