Shocking staff, rude, not empathic or private. Have had issue where they have shouted out what i'm at doctors for infront of other patients. On the phone kept being put on hold then passed over only to be talked down to vy another member of staff. Have chabged there policy without notifying patients, and refused to help. Would not recommend if your afyer private, empthetic service
