Only have I recently realised how bad this surgery actually is. The bedside manner by the receptionists truly is atrocious and the communication between staff is poor. Along with the impossible task of actually making a doctor's appointment
Moved onto another surgery and the difference is night and day.
I can't stress how much I'd avoid this surgery.
