Harambee Surgery

My late wife Maureen and I have had many years of excellent care at Harambee surgery, especially from the recently retired Dr Mollyneux and I can't fault the staff either.

This surgery has gone down hill over the years. Having moody, unprofessional and unhelpful staff Working there!! Such a shame!!!

Doctors surgery services have always been fine but the lady who seems to run the pharmacy is always rude and they still in 2022 don't take card payments

The nurse with the blonde hair. Sorry I dont know her hair. She was wonderful talkative and reassuring I had my bloods done and my sons jabs. Very pleasant woman. Fab nurse:-)

Amazing surgery, they have been really helpful and supportive with my whole family and have always been very professional and attentive

I have just been and got my pneumonia jab and as usual I it's been a pleasure to visit this fabulous little village doctor's surgery. Everyone from the team is so very friendly and professional. Please don't take any notice of reviews on here deriding the women on reception, in my opinion they do a difficult job with nothing but a friendly face, helpfulness and professionalism.

I completely agree with the last post. I have been at this surgery since I was a child and they were fabulous, especially Dr Molyneux. Now one particular young receptionist is incredibly rude and obnoxious every time I have spoken to her on the phone and in reception. Not just to me but other patients too. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful.

I cannot recommend the harambee surgery Trawden enough.The Receptionists and nursing staff are of the highest quality.They are all so Lovely and helpful.Thankyou.x
