Colne Road Surgery

Mandy is a fantastic nurse, she always makes my mother inlaw feel at ease. She has always supported my mother inlaw, and listened to her and not fob her off. Very friendly she is. She's also fantastic with children. One top nurse. But one issue I have is with a certain reception staff, find her very rude and disrespectful. You need to sort your receptionist out.

This is not the surgery that I go to, but it is my mother's. She doesn't speak English so I have to be the one that takes care of her medical life.

Despite this issue, the staff were always helpful and always managed to solve our problems one way or another. I have always felt at ease contacting them because I know for certain we will be dealt with in a professional and polite way.

I also think people should try their best to understand all the work that the staff members have to go through.

Haven't a clue why this doctors keep asking me to leave a five star review. You cannot see a doctor . No follow ups from blood tests. Tried using the my gp app . I can order medication but this surgery is not signed up to it so that you can view your medical records. Only decent thing about this surgery are the nurses. Been with this surgery all my life and it has gone downhill.

From the very first consultation, Colne Road Surgery have been outstanding, going above and beyond to offer a personal touch. The staff are professional, empathetic and extremely helpful which is very much appreciated. Every contact has been a positive experience.

Thank you Mandy for your calming manner whilst taking my bloods. I felt really anxious initially but soon felt better when Mandy talked me through the process. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Great practise. Always action requests quickly and ready to provide support and advice whenever I ring. Best point is no long call waiting times

Andrea WOW the customer service is exceptional thanks for signing me up so quick and easy you really relaxed me about changing doctors. And in addition I walked in at 1030 today and was given a face to face appointment with a GP that same afternoon. Could not ask for more thanks everyone.

Found out I suffer of breast cancer in September.

The staff at colne road surgery is just amazing. They supported me from the start and they have always been in contact - trying their best.

I always feel at ease whenever I need to see the GP. Only lovely people there!
