Upton Road Surgery

I had been in this surgery few times in last couple of years,the doctors are excellent,they treated me with their best ability and they treated my wife as well with their service.
But I got the worst behaviour from the receptionist every time i went there.I took it easily.
My Mrs went to get her prescription on last Friday on 3rd November 2017 ,the receptionist behaved extremely rude and was discriminating her .
This is absolutely vile ,I'll highly request to our GP or Upton surgery Management ,please take appropriate action ,other wise it might ended up with legal action as well with the main media.
The surgery (or their employees) should not forget that it exists because of their patients.

0 star rating. Horrible experience. I don't normally do reviews but felt obliged to. ildi from reception is the rudest person i have ever met. I was made to wait in reception for 45 minutes because ildi didn't have a clue what she was doing but yet had the arrogance to talk down to every patient i saw her deal with including the elderly. Horrible! Horrible experience!

Consider my experience with the frontline of this So called Upton Rd Surgery establishment .
I had made official complain to,
Clinical Commission Groups (CCGs) -NHS England.
They are Groups General Practices (GP) commission to ensure the safeguarding of the patient's.
Had enough this organisation.
Please do not just write in Google. Write your complaint to CCGs.thank you

I am surprised at all the negative reviews directed at the surgery’s receptionists. I spoke to two different receptionists this week and both were very helpful and patient

The receptionist called ildiko is the rudest person to ever exist and should not even be allowed to work in a health care department! She has called me to book an appointment and has hanged up the phone on me because she said I was asking too many questions, she was so informal she was using what instead of pardon, she was rude and impatient. A health care receptionist should never hang up the phone on a patient. She is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!!!! she is ruining the reputation of the practice

Horrible service!! I would like to give a 0. It is impossible to book an appointment and the receptionists are so rude. The lost my test results.

Worst GP surgery ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. I knew it was bad, but I didn't realise how bad it was until I moved to another surgery, where it is easy to book an appointment and they actually listen to you. It's like Mission Impossible to get an appointment, and, when you do, it's after a zillion questions from the receptionists who are rude for absolutely no reason at all. I have had tonsillitis about 20 times in the last 10 years, at one point it was 4-5 times a year, and they point blank refused to consider even referring me to the NHS tonsillectomy waiting list, despite me missing weeks of school and exams, as they said there was no chance I would ever make the list. My tonsils became permanently swollen and useless as a result. When I went to the new GP I moved to after I moved house after getting tonsillitis once again, he immediately referred me for a tonsillectomy, and said that he couldn't understand why I wasn't referred to have my tonsils out because they have been doing more harm than good, as they've become enlarged and scarred. I am now, at last, and after many years of pain, getting my tonsils taken out - thanks to me moving surgery.

If you can, move GPs - this one will not help you!

*** ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING BEHAVIOUR *** I sadly dealt with a women GP called "DAVIS" and she was extremely RUDE to me!!! No one ever spoke to me in a way that she did, causing me massive stress and anger because of how she treated me! Instead of trying to help me with my problem, she kept blaming me that I didn't receive their app. letter that was sent to me 10 months ago. Utter joke!
Other doctors in that surgery are quite helpful and friendly otherwise.
But she should not be a doctor with her attitude! SHE WAS SO OUT OF ORDER
