Hi,
I would like to say thank you for the excellent service I recieved from the surgery from the help given from the receptionist and also Dr Halstead who organised a scan that resulted in prompt treatment for my cancer, but in particular for going out of her way on more than one occasion to help and reassure me I would like to give a special thanks to Julia Miller (practice health visitor ) THANK YOU.

I think doctors get a bad review so I thought I would put my thoughts down.

So far I couldn't fault weavers! The reception are friendly, nurses and doctors I've seen so far are amazing! And the nurses who take my blood are actually really good (most nurses struggle but these get it with ease!)

It's not to difficult to get an appointment

Really poor experience. I've been with the surgery for sometime and booking appointments for a telephone consultation is awful. You have to ring on same day in the morning which I tried on 3 separate occasions and failed as the appointments get booked up. They do not make things easier by allowing people to book telephone consultation online and the reason given is that people would turn up to the surgery! They do not make life easier for patients that work and have work demands.
They do not support econsult either like other modern surgeries. Very very poor practice and disappointed that they are behind with systems that allow a more seamless approach.

The attitude of the receptionist on the front desk is appalling needs urgent training I telephone to speak to the practice manager 4 days in a row ever time told she was in a meeting and would return my call NEVER DID that is very poor practice

Rude staff , and the whole idea of everyone trying to book appointments at 8am is horrendous , pot luck if you actually get one
