I went here for a Vasectomy and saw Dr White. The surgery and waiting area were superb, and the receptionist was helpful. But of course, I was going for a vasectomy, so the important thing is being relaxed.

I am pleased to say he did not have a tray covered by a sheet, that was pulled back dramatically to unveil a row of sharp and scary looking instruments.

Oh no.

I got up on the bed, we chatted about life, he occasionally said "you might feel a scratch", and then ten minutes later, it was over.

Easy, friendly, and very professional.

Best doctors surgery I have been to. Dr Lovett is really lovely and also the phlebotomists are amazing , getting blood from me is always a challenge and I have had some pretty horrible experiences at other practices but this ladies are fantastic at their job they are very caring and professional.

It’s very poor service. I called the surgery around 4pm to ask if someone can see my toddler again as he won’t take the medicine what it’s been prescribed and he get worst. The receptionist told me to come into the hospital as she can’t give an appointment just next day. I came to the hospital where they open from 6pm and they told me what a shame that the GP can’t see my son however they open until 6pm.

Very disappointed! My husband went for advise about an existing medical condition he has had all his life and has ongoing treatment for which has recently got worse. Dr suggested he’d never had it and was very dismissive and unhelpful. What do we do when these issues flare up again? I certainly wouldn’t recommend this practice.

I am not sure what is going on but the doctors need to learn to listen to the patients! No empathy nor compassion going on. A GP opened the door of consultation room for me to leave when I didn’t even finish discussing about my treatment which seems to be a bad one. I will certainly be seeking to leave this practice. Unprofessional and an arrogant attitude from here. I have phoned several times to explain what is going on and what I’ve got was “not sure how can I help you as you already spoke to other doctors!’ I am shocked by their lack of knowledge and experience! Later Update: I have left this GP practice, I definitely recommend going elsewhere, you will see a massive difference in being treated and listened properly.

One particular GP here is way too arrogant and conceited to be trusted with a patient’s safety. A shame, because there are some good people too.

I wasnt impressed with the reception, they were abrupt. I wasnt too impressed with the drs attitudes either. I think they appeared to care but shown in a less then compassionate, sensitive way. I feel they all need to grow in the patient friendliness. Often I felt I didnt matter at all and went off the phone crying and more of a crises. I was very disappointed and confused in the manner I was talked to

Plenty of room to wait
Clean restroom and nice, helpful staff

I love the check in system so there is no waiting around to do and you can just check in and sit down till you're called
