After weeks of back and forth with nhsletstalkaboutit, I gave in and gave my GP a call... the male receptionist was really lovely and offered me an appointment within the week! very happy with the service provided :)

Awful.

Not only was I misdiagnosed, some of the nurses are unhelpful, the receptionist can't make an appointment unless by phone and the doctors get the receptionist to reply to you. Was ignored even though I was in serious pain.
I was finally rushed to hospital by ambulance and needed surgery
