Barton Gate Surgery Dr Lush & Partners

Hate this place. Have my 3 month old son signed up to here and every time I want him to get seen and make appointment they call me ON THE DAY to say nobody is in too see him and that I have to make another one. Every time I try to ring them there always busy and can't get hold of them. I get there in Gloucester but seriously get more staff

Awful receptionist (Kay). A Lady tried to jump the queue. I politely said to her and the receptionist I was waiting ahead of her. The receptionist got unnecessarily frustrated rudely stating there was a self serve check in. I pointed out this didn’t work for my Son & that the Lady had been queue jumping. Tip: Establish who was next in the queue, not just presume it was the person who stands at the desk giving nobody else any privacy.

Very Good Doctors and staffs at Bartongate Surgery. Obviously they are doing better and better. When I moved from Gloucester to another city, I can see how much Bartongate is good . I compare with my new GP , Bartongate Surgery is so much better.

I would give it a 0 if i could, receptionists are lazy and unorganised, telephone system is outdated i think its time a couple new doctors surgerys we're opened

The worst GP surgery ever. I can't believe how badly the receptionists behave over the phone to patients who are clearly in need of help. Rude and unprofessional!! Would not recommend this surgery to anyone.

5 years ago Bartongate surgery was the best in Gloucester, but now one of the worst. What happened ?

Well all l can say those days are gone when l no itcwasxa very good family docter when it was in those days if you been all your life time in that surgery has a patient with your family. You wont get the best doctors we can remember and the best doctors ever in Barton gate surgery Dr lush? Dr gold? Dr Johnson? And Dr nia who joined the three best Docters. I have had dr flush has a child has a family docter. And helped me every way of me specifically my depression. So those days gone for good doctors. To get help.
