Writing on behalf of my mum. Transport. Little Clacton none. When her doctors in great Clacton transport good. Plus u can only go in here for 1 complaint it's terrible. It's very hard to get an appointment here. Feel for my mum she is 79.

I have left this surgery now as i have been experiencing heart complications & the Doctors i have seen have done nothing. I was on a waiting list for 3 months for a heart monitor to then be told the surgery had not done a ECG first so i was not put on the waiting list. My mother in her 70's living a short walk away from the surgery went there fearing she may be building up to a heart attack but wasn't sure so rather calling an Ambulance she went to the Doctors first. She was sent away to walk back home to phone for an Ambulance, the receptionist was rude to her & the Doctor would not even come out of his room to check on her. My mother walked home & phoned an Ambulance & yes she was having a heart attack. Disgusting behaviour from this surgery.
