Last few months awful. Always have to wait when I ring at 8am once you finally get to receptionist they are helpful, I got a telephone appointment last time it was for test results they called at 18:30 felt like the longest wait ever.Today I had a telephone appointment called at 19:00 to say I hadn’t been called told I’m still on the Dr’s list 20:30, been phone watching all day so I didn’t miss the call. Now closed no call from Dr 🤷‍♀️! Not worth complaining to the survey nothing will change hence review.

Both Winstree Medical Practice and Malting Green are fabulous surgeries, never a problem to get through on the phones with the most waiting time ive ever had being 8-10 minutes, reception staff are informative and very empathetic. Nursing Staff and GP's excellent also. People do not give this surgery enough credit !

Dr Obesian is the worst GP I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and he shouldn’t be allowed to do his job. His levels of rudeness and arrogance are off the chart, how he gets away with this attitude is beyond me. There are other options so don’t waste your time with this incompetent, uncaring and very rude man. Even his staff will tell you how much they dislike him… speaks volumes!

Impossible to get an appointment but that's not the fault of the surgery, it's all the new houses and no infrastructure. Dr Ramjan is absolutely brilliant and goes out of his way to help and support. Unfortunately the other doctors do not.

The slowest and most inconsiderate doctors. I have been here all my life and its gone down the pan. When you need them its all about Money. So bloody slow with everything....£90 for a medical report and it takes 4 months ! The lady even said well it can take up to 6 weeks....i would be happy woth that. Every other doctors charge £50. Just so poor, go elsewhere if you can.

Winstree Stanway has been our family surgery since 2017. Yes it is sometimes challenging to get an appointment but if you persevere you'll speak to a happy helpful receptionist and a same call from a nurse or GP. This happens 3/5 times. Dr Ramjan is my personal hero. Without him I wouldn't have just had spinal surgery. But in addition he says hi and stops for a chat when I see him in Sainsbury's. I feel blessed to be a patient here. Perhaps that's why I get great service...treat others how you wish to be treated and appreciate how incredibly hard they have to work under our struggling NHS.

Always such a battle to speak to someone. The reception staff come across as they hate what they do and everyone they speak to. Just getting a repeat prescription issued is the hardest thing in the world and is often easier to just go without the medication!! It shouldn't be this difficult to gain medical help in this country

You can only get an appointment on the day by spending ages in a call que you are not allowed to make an appointment for the next day/next week. If you get through and all the appointments have been taken then you are not allowed to make an appointment for the next day. You have to ring back the following day and spend all morning in a que....So effectively it is a lottery to whether you can ever get appointment. What is the point of this it is creating huge stress for patients and I expect staff too? Why don't you let patients make an appointment for the next day? Utterly ridiculous and to my mind has been deliberately done like this to make bookings impossible. Third world healthcare!
