Only had to visit twice so far but on both occasions the reception staff and nurse were all really nice and professional.

Fantastic reception staff, usually manage to get an appointment in a reasonable space of time, nurse very easy to talk to and Donna who takes bloods etc very good at putting you at ease.

Me wife try to book a blod test for the last 4 days ...and nothing ...just because is a ROMANIAN ...I go 4 days ago at KingMils hospital ...and from hospital tell me to ring me GP for a blod test..and I ring all days 2-3 Times per day ...NOTHING.....this is RASISM!!!

I don’t recommend Dr. M.. it’s ridiculous what she does with patients. Im starting to think if it racism. My 3 month old daughter was covered in rashes because she was allergic to milk. M... said the rash will go and she didn’t want to send my daughter for allergy tests because my daughter didn’t need them. So in this case i did them privately as i was concerned for my baby. Soon after this I found out my daughter was allergic to milk and eggs. My other daughter had a lump on her breast which i was concerned about, Dr M.... said there is no need to worry and that it will ‘go away’. Yet again i had to go to a private doctor as i simply wanted to know what was going on as
Dr M.... did not ease my worry, turns out that my daughter would need the lump removed as it is too big. Since about last Friday i have a temperature, cough and a chest infection and she prescribed me a inhaler for asthma …
In my opinion someone somebody should control and watch this Doctor. As she could do harm.

Absolutely shocking of a doctors.. tried getting in for the past week & ive struggled.. was told to ring back at 12 again, rang at 11.55 to be second in the que for them to tell me no appointments left. (How, I don’t know as they don’t ‘release’ the appointments till “12:00”). They are genuinely not bothered.
I think I’ll be a box before they know it. Only nice lady there & who genuinely cares is Donna.

Stay well clear...! Your better of going to a witch Doctor.. The receptionist are only interested in getting prescriptions signed off so the surgery maximises its commissions..This has got to be the worst Doctor within a country mile..

Nightmare surgery since take over. Attended as I'd been advised to get a meds review by hospital staff. Went in and doctor did not close the door, refused review, felt unheard. Changing GP now after being with surgery 15 years.

Reception staff very rude and unwelcoming not wearing face covering. When asked for a registration form I was told to find another surgery. Very unprofessional.
