I surpossed to have my vitamins D levels count blood test done at the surgery I never received any letters when the doctor said I will have it done. As I suffer with low mood deficiency and low shortnance of the sun . I tried to chase it it up a few months later with an appointment next week over the phone. Thank god I'm moving away from this disappointed surgery that should be checking on your health instead of forgetting about it . I have gived it two stars as they give me pain relief tablets because of my pains and sickness I feel.

If you want to join the surgery or get the right support for your health then speak to the practice manager to see if this surgery is right for you . Appointment checkup is not good have to wait every 3 months just to see my GP Dr Siva Mary and Nurse Maria Kirby which I find unprofessional and not looking after my physical health and mental health . When ringing the surgery you have to listen to unimportant recorded message from Dr Neerajana who is horrible in person face to face as she tried to stop you from leaving the building. You have to listen to the message for a 1-2 minutes then have to wait 5-15 minutes for them to pick up

Just to inform you don't use the doctor link app as they moan about it to you.

I have been trying to ring my doctors for 2 days now to find out my tests results from my ultrasound I had about a week ago and when I call them, an automated message talks and says “the surgery is currently closed for the holiday season and will reopen on the next working day”
What sort of doctors close!!!!!!, I’m sick of it

I want to say massive thank you for always being helpful. I sometimes use e-consultation(easy and very effective way to communicate with a doctor or Health care professional) and always get a prompt response. My family have been with the practise since 2014 and never been left without help.😊Thank you.

I had opportunity to meet the most rude, no empathy receptionist, don’t understand how this practice can have 4 stars on google.

Dr D@t@ri@ is a very patronising and unhelpful GP. Speaks to you like you are a 2year old.
Plus calling this GP surgery is horrendous to get any answers.
They have no compassion or understanding, full-stop!!!
They should not get any money from the government for treating their customers “Patients” so poorly. They get their government funding regardless of their actions!!!!
Yes, agree with another reviewer that this GP Surgery has deteriorated over the last 5 years or more!!!

Generally seem busy and reluctant to provide care for the issue at hand. I generally avoid going to the Dr's as a rule of thumb but I always feel like I've wasted my time when I've gone here. There are things we've been advised as being trivial here and then called 111 who have sent us to the hospital instead. Everyone makes mistakes but this feels like a culture more than an error. We have seen a couple of good Dr's here too but this seems less regular now.

First class service. My 94 year old mum spent an hour with the doctor yesterday. Full examination. Addressed all her issues. Doctor and nurse were so kind. Well done!
