Quite shocking. Don't register here, go elsewhere. It feels impossible to get an appointment here even if you are in a vulnerable category. They sent my 7 month old daughter away as they had NO appointments that day and when I politely explained that I really needed to talk to a doctor the receptionist was rude rather than assertive about saying no she had nothing either in person or on the telephone. I then asked if they had any details for walk in centre's in the area and a sheet was passed across the reception desk 'at' me, rather than to me: the walk in centre took one look at my baby and we were blue lighted to hospital as she had developed sepsis.
Yes if I'd realised it was an emergency I would have gone to A and E, but I didn't so I went to my doctors for help and got told to go home and come again or phone tomorrow morning for an appointment. If I'd waited to phone the next morning for an appointment, maybe my daughter would no longer have been with us... So I'm changing doctors, hope you don't have the misfortune to be registered here.

I have been trying to get an appointment for me and my son for 3 days now!! Still haven't got anywhere. The phone is constantly engaged, when i have managed to get through i still cant get an appointment. This is the worst doctors surgery i have ever been with. Avoid like the plague!!

DON'T USE. Doctor's never review patients properly or look at past history. No real concern with anything. In a hurry to get you out of their room asap. No care at all. The communication between staff is also horrendous so you need to repeat yourself many times. I left this practice and went to a new one and was treated 1000x better than this one!!!

Atrocious service. Poor and unprofessional surgery management. Doctors are OK if you manage to get an appointment.....
