After phoning constantly yesterday morning and yesterday afternoon, then again this morning for on average 40 minutes was told when I did get through that all appointments were gone!!
You have more chance of getting a Glastonbury ticket than booking an appointment with this surgery.

Absolutely shocking? Actually went in to the practice after 20 plus mins of waitng on hold on the phone but was told that they only accept appointments online or via telehone call! Was Actually on hold via tel call at the time, over 30 mins I might add, when I finally did get through was told that there were no appointments available and to call again tomorrow. Pitiful service!!! Should/would have been a zero but minimum is 1 star

Absolutely discusting customer service trying to get an appointment is non exsistent no one answers the phone can't actually see a doctor your very lucky to get a face to face appointment this surgery seriously needs improvement you cannot diagnose a patient over the phone without seeing them I've had to call 111 every time because there's no answer or appointments left it was OK before covid but since it re opened it has got worse

The service here is next to zero the chance if seeing anyone let alone a doctor is zero the staff have no empathy and completely un helpfull you can spend hours trying to call in to be told no appointments are left csll again in the afternoon to get the same results ive now been trying to get sn appointment for a week as i cant do an online consultation as it says i need to been seen this place is a joke and they ignore any complaints you make as a medical professional myself they should be ashamed of the dreadful service they provide

I've given 1 star as there is no option to leave 0. This is an appalling GP. If you value your life and health, please don't go near this place. Your only option is to phone 111.

Phoning this surgery is difficult as they are always so busy. I always found E consult a more helpful way to get answers from the surgery but I was told that I shouldn’t use that to order repeat prescriptions.
If you ever get a call back from a doctor here, they always seem rushed and calls only last a minute or so.
I feel a burden and try my utmost to avoid contacting this surgery save for just ordering repeat prescriptions.

I am on a medication that requires me to keep taking it or I have extremely bad side affects if I suddenly come off. But constantly my repeat prescription isn't put through making me have to spend more money I don't have as I'm a uni student with no support from parents who pays rent. Right now I have been refused my medication when I ask reception staff apparently the doctor didn't give a reason they are willingly wanting me to have a mental episode. I was meant to have a review of this medication but I have been unable to get an appointment as the phone lines are busy for literal hours. I have other issues I'd like to see the doctor for but it's impossible rn and the lack of regard for paitents who need pills for mental stability is insane. If I could give zero stars I would seriously thinking of switching doctors but I just don't have the time to go through that with uni stress.
