Awful doctors. Hard enough to get someone to answer the phone and get an appointment that isn't over the phone unless you have a proper moan. Unsympathetic doctors and the delayed time in getting to the bottom of anything (eg. Blood test results, referrals) is staggering.

I constantly hear bad reports of this medical practice, admittedly when it initially opened 10 year ago things were not great. However my experience over the past 6 years is totally to the contrary. All staff are friendly and appointments are easy to get. Callback triage from doctors is prompt and the service is fantastic. There have been struggles with the new technology ie. phone systems, check in etc but these are minor and not the staffs fault.

To who ever this concerns.

Why is it so much bloody hassle to get a repeat prescription?
My pharmacy has tryed for nr two months to get my repeat prescriptions. I have now run out of my med's, thanks it's really good to now how much we as patients can rely on you to provide a basic service. This is not the first time I've been left with no med's. I'm away working all week and only have Saturday mornings to do everything for the week ahead. I also need to book a blood test. I don't normally complain simply because I don't like too, but I'm angry, very upset and frustrated. Because my pharmacy is supposed to be able to ask you for my prescriptions without any hassle.

An Absolute Disgrace!! This place calls itself a medical service! We ordered a prescription 7 days ago but still not done. Now I've been told they will not do it until I have a medical review next week, meaning I'll have to go without a dose of epilepsy medication for at least a week because they failed to contact me, and all at a time when there are flashing Christmas lights every which way I look. Farcical lack of service and of care!

What a shambles. Called south Ashford medics to book an appointment, answer machine annoyingly loops with press 1-5 for various options, on selecting it just repeats regardless which enquiry I needed (I tried them all). Tried over and over again. Eventually phoned 111 to then get referred to pharmacy which then referred me for a call back from a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to speak to so many specialists when all I needed was a receptionist, but they don’t seem to exist. Time to find a medical centre that cares.

1 star is too nice, it's taken over 2 months, walking in face to face, at least 3 online consultations and pressing the button to say they hadn't contacted in the deadline and each time you just get told someone will be in touch and even now they haven't. The thing I need solved is quicker then having a phone call, understand delays but you should still be able to book an appointment further along. Such a joke.

It is impossible!!! to book an appointment to see a doctor. Rang them as soon as they were open and I was on number 30 on the phone queue. Patiently waited 40 mins for my turn only to be informed that there were absolutely no appointments. This is the 3rd day in a row with this experience. Shambolic!
