Dr J Cliffe - The Gardens Surgery

I have been a patient of the clinic for the last 5 years and can tell that there is an issue with the level of bureaucracy in the surgery reception lack of leadership and first of all non human approach to the Patients. I was always under impression that doctors are committed to the well-being of their patient and protection of the vulnerable or to treat the ill to the best of one's ability.

In the Gardens Surgery you will be just a number in the system. I will take my concerns to the NHS Ombudsman as in result of the above my sons leukaemia treatment has been put on risk.
