Dr M N Baig - Riverhouse Surgery

I have been with Riverhouse Surgery for many years and have found their services superb.
I work in healthcare and understand the pressure NHS services are under, but my experience’s here have always been positive.
Dr Adil very understanding and thoroughly consults in all issue’s with your health a wonderful addition to the practice partnership.
Dr Baig is wonderful also.
As for reception team many whom have been there many years- are not given enough credit. The reception team is the face of the surgery and they treat you with dignity and respect when you come into contact with them. Thank you all for being helpful and friendly with your patients.
The practice nurse has years of experience and is very approachable.
In total I feel patients don’t recognise the help they receive and I just wanted to give positive feedback as this is one of the best surgeries in the Merton Borough.

Been going here for 25 years. Dr Adil, Dr Baig and Jenny are the most helpful and considerate healhcare professionals you could meet. Never had a problem with the receptionists either, but I am not rude to them. Fast appointments if you are really sick unlike some surgeries.

My father is a registered patient at this practice. Whenever he is ill i am able to book an appointment without delay. For example just last week i called at 4.30pm and he was offered an appointment the same day at 5.10pm! How amazing is that! Reception staff are polite and the gps are kind, considerate and very helpful. I would higly recommend this practice. My father is in safe hands here and if i was living in the area i would surely register here.

The is no other place to leave review about doctors but the truth needs to be told.My husband had yesterday visit to Dr.Horkan-Stasiak and it was an absolute joke.What kind of doctor can refuse basic blood test to the person who had cancer and have low count cells and low immunity? What kind of doctor can tell you that Covid vaccination are bad and you should avoid them? What kind of doctors you hire ? If you wanted to loose a patient,well done you succeed.

Really impressed with this surgery. It’s easy to get an appointment, the receptionists are helpful and the doctors brilliant with a great bed side manner. Rare for a GP surgery but this one gets it right!
