Dr Patton and Partners, Park Road Surgery

The doctors are wonderful; if it was a review of the doctors then it would be a 5 star review. The receptionists that I have encountered there however should probably be doing non-customer facing jobs.

Clearly an extremely busy surgery and never seems to be organised. However, given how overwhelmingly busy the receptionists are, they always make an effort to be helpful. I have great appreciation for the amount of multi- tasking they do, so I've never taken any abruptness personally or considered it being maliciously rude. Overall, they are kind and helpful- just busy.

Got better in the last year, and tend to listen more. I had an issue with a reference to specialist/hospital for my child a year ago, which was solved eventually (unluckily after she was hospitalised).

Medical staff are all lovely however some receptionists let the Practice down by their rudeness.
