I had been signed with the practise for over 4 years and only attended once to an appointment with potentially the rudest doctor I have been had the pleasure to meet. Then this year, I felt suddenly ill while at work and found out at a walk in clinic that I had been dropped by this clinic. When calling to enquire about why I was let go, I got no clear explanation. I would definitely not recommend this practise to anyone. Rude and not helpful.

I think this has to be one of the worst GP surgeries in the country. Unprofessional GPs who don't do their jobs properly. Rude receptionists. Poor online access - why aren't blood tests put online? No access to own patient record. Somebody needs to take responsibility, and either close this surgery or make some serious improvements.

The reciption staff are nice and polite but the doctors are aways changing when I'm there, some are rude also they tend to always rush me out like they don't care.
I've been there for only couple of months now and it's awful.
I wrote down my repeated prescription I haven't got at all or a call regarding it.

I'm not happy with my experience here I think I'm going to change gp.

That’s the worst GP in UK!!! My father have appointment the receptionist told him to sit down and wait. He was waits almost 2 hours. when he saw the doctor leaving, he asked when it was his turn ... they told him to go home and wait for the call! nobody called! my dad is after a stroke and they are making jokes!!! they lost their test results once! not professional

This has been my family's GP for 25 years. It's quite upsetting how bad the service has become. The GPs and receptionists used to be so polite and friendly. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone today was outright rude and wasn't helpful at all. Perhaps, it's time to switch GP...

I've had to approach the surgery twice in the past year, the first by phone (during the whole Covid thing) and recently in person. On both occasions the receptionists were empathetic and helpful and I was able to make prompt appointments. I saw the same GP both times (last year a phone consultation and recently face-to-face) and it was such a relief to talk to someone who was listening and who asked sensible questions, offered realistic advice, discussed options and arranged follow-up.

I'm both pleased and impressed with this practice.
