I have had several E-consults with GPs and today I had an appointment with a nurse. Plus I’ve spoken to office staff on several occasions. They have ALL been fantastic - kind, professional, and helpful. This is especially important to me as a new immigrant who has lots of questions about how to navigate the NHS. THANK YOU!

I have been chasing my x-ray appointment for a year, for my back. As well as physiotherapy appointment for 5 years. They always say the NHS will send a letter. I was told the GP would ring me but haven’t heard anything. When I call to chase, the answer machine says to call back later.

I made an appointment and no one called me even tho I have called the surgery 1h before it closes to ask about what happened but they just ignored me

This is the worst GP practice in the whole of UK.
Staff is rude, arrogant, haughty and inexperienced.
Appointment system is made as such to minimise the number of patients.
This practice is a scam. The amount of money they take from the tax payers to see 5-10 people a day is just a joke.
Will report them to the NHS to investigate these scammers.

I've been trying to get into contact with the GP for over a week for an important matter and no one has been picking up. If there are not enough workers, then please hire some more. This GP is very unreliable.

Excellent medical practise
The doctors and the receptionist are attentive, calm, cooperative and Very gracious.
i will be sorry to leave them when i move they have taken care of my family for twenty four years.

Needed to have my appointment on the day. Fair enough it took long time to get through, as at the moment the same in other surgeries, after talking to other people at work. I got my appointment, spoke to the GP, got my prescription and lovely service from the receptionist to the GP I had my appointment with.
I am with this surgery over 15 years and I am not a time waisted so not visiting or book appointments often, but when needed always had great experience. Well done.

The worst GP ever, rude staff , u can’t make a booking as this is impossible , line always busy , ridiculous customer service
