I phoned up this surgery to ask if I could register as a new patient. They "checked" my road and told me I could. I arrived and waited at reception while not one member of staff looked up from their computer to acknowledge me.... only to be told after my road wasn't in the correct area!

Went this afternoon on referral from my own gp. I saw Dr Solomon who was flipping wonderful. I was a bag of nerves but he calmed me down with his easy manner. The surgery was very welcoming & the receptionists very friendly.
One of the receptionists accompanied me throughout my procedure & even held my hand. Thank you x
I wish I could change to this practice.

Impossible to see a doctor. Ladies in the reception decide if you need appointment or not plus they're really rude. If its busy one day they won't book an appointment for any other day (even next week) just ask you to call tomorrow morning and when you do they say again its busy and want you to call tomorrow morning. Called a few months ago with baby breathing disorder and I was advice to call in a week time as baby's doctor wasn't in. Ridiculous!!! Awesome doctors, horrible reception ladies.

We have attended this surgery for over 30 years.
Had a few teething problems but all the doctors there are absolutely amazing.
Reception staff extremely helpful especially Akhi.
So grateful that this is our surgery.

I agree with some of the reviews on here. The receptionists make it difficult to actually see a doctor. Twice I've had a receptionist try and diagnose me on the phone and suggest a phone consultation with a doctor much later in the day. Turns out I needed to see a doctor anyway! In which case I had to pull myself away from work on two occasions. This could've all been avoided, had she allowed me to see a doctor in the first place! I know my body! I wouldn't recommend on that basis. However doctors are lovely if you ever manage to get through to speak to one!

Dr Solomon Snr is the only good thing about this place - he is a true health care professional and possibly one other Dr. The rest is rubbish. You have to jump through hoops like a circus animal if you want to see a Dr. or be at death's door and if you ask the receptionist they make you feel as if you're asking the world. After that, they want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible and are almost always abrupt and irritable. Shame, it used to be a great surgery once upon a time - I get that the NHS is under pressure but that doesn't excuse the idiotic women at reception. They need a lesson in manners!

Impossible to get an appointment. Been calling for 40 mins non stop. Just rings and cuts out. No waiting system. Just cuts the call.
