Very helpful staff. On the reception ( hook surgery ) the girl was very polite, helpful and understandeble. Thanks for the registering us today and i hope we not to have the reason to see eachother ( in the good way ).
Thanks ladies. Wish you all the best

On many occasions I spoke to the receptionist "Ashley" who without fail always turned me down by saying "we have no appointments call 8am tomorrow". And when I called again the same day, somebody else answered the phone and gave me an appointment. I understand the surgery could be fully booked but how is it possible that since past several months whenever she answers the phone, says that they dont have anything for you? If you probably say "I m dying" Ashley would tell you to call tomorrow morning at 8. There's another receptionist Monique who is very polite and would do her best to fit you in wherever possible.

Abysmal experience every time.
They make you put masks and all and managed to put a piece of plastic in my 8week old baby eye that fell from filthy tape measure they used to measure his head. doctor said dont worry it will come out and prescribed some drops. Luckily he had vaccine and was crying a lot and cried it out in room next door. Shocking!!!
Click on the picture to see the plastic!

Extremely rude reception staff working this morning with dark hair and freckles she has zero customer service skills and should not be working with the public, people come to the doctors for help not to be spoken to like a piece of dirt, will be moving over to the other side they seem much more welcoming

I became a patient at Hook Surgery in 2007. Fourteen years, three children and one house move later, I'm still here! I've always found the staff to be knowledgeable and kind, and I have complete confidence in them. You do have to phone (and be prepared to re-dial several times) at 8am if you want an appointment that day, but I've almost always been able to get one. I've never had any trouble with the receptionists.

Worst place they don’t do anything or help with anything, they provoke you to hang up on you, save your health and find a better GP

Staff lovely on recent visit. Kept me informed as to when I would be seen by the doctor so managed my expectations; always a good thing when dealing with customers/clients

Rude, ignorant front desk staff that lie and tell you anything to get you off the phone. Everything just way too much effort for them. Par for the course really - speaking to several gp surgery's recently in an attempt to locate my missing medical records I could of been speaking to the same person on each occasion!
