1 star shouldn’t even be an option!The service at this general practice is absolutely appalling, and don’t even get me started on the rude receptionist.The reception staff have really bad communication skills within themselves and the patients.It’s understandable for patients to be confused during this stressful pandemic. So it would be helpful for you to calmly and nicely explain rather than going back and gossiping to your colleagues about how many times you had to explain to the patients. I’ve heard of similar situations to this from friends and family from this practice but this is the first time I’ve actually experienced it.

Worst surgery, very lazy, USLES RECEPTIONIST i dont know for what government paying them money!
When i calling to book appointment, they never answering, or replying to call back later, when i going directly to clinic, they saying i have to call.
How they work its a joke, they dont care nothing in which pain u are, and how long u have this problem, thinking to report them to, someone have to shutdown this clinic

Have called to book an appoinment multiple days in a row and over multiple hours and everytime I select the option to book an appointment the line just cuts out. It may ring and then go dead or they dead the line immediately. It isn't even a busy tone.
What sort of service is this?
I have been part of ths surgery for years but will be looking to move because what is the point of a surgery where you can't even book an appointment? They need to sort this out immediately.

you cant even book a appointment I rang 36 times and still never even picked up.
It’s just ridiculous!
i would not even give this a 1 id give it an 0
i do not recommend this center.

Visited the practice today to see the nurse. Receptionists were polite on arrival. The Practice Nurse was experienced, extremely caring and gave good solid advice. A joy to deal with.

Worst go service ever. I was booked after hours to see a doctor. I didn’t get seen and they messed up the booking system apparently. When I asked where I can leave service feedback. Nobody gave me the details. Honestly I would never return for this service. It should not exist if people cannot even sort a booking system out.

This used to be the best GP surgery in East London, however since 2018ish it has become nearly impossible to book an appointment in any reasonable timeframe. You can ONLY call them at 8am (good luck if your work hours don't allow for that) and sometimes they just choose not to open. Even if you do get an appointment you could be waiting over a month for it. Then when you finally get to your appointment the doctors are shocked as to why you didn't see them sooner about your small health problem which has cascaded into a massive health problem because they kept the appointment service more exclusive than an audience with the Queen herself.

Very rude! Not willing to help & don't care about their patient. Had blood test and was told to book an appointment to discuss blood test as the sugar level was high. I have been trying to get in touch for over 2 weeks now for an appointment. Called today, Receptionist called Veena told appointment are available in July, then said May. So for them a patient that has high blood sugar who may have diabetes it's not important.
This is ridiculous.
