I used to come to this doctors, but I decided to move to another doctors as it was so difficult to see the doctor without having to deal with the receptionists first. They are difficult to get through, as you have to tell them your personal problem before they will even give you an appointment. When waiting for blood test results you ring up to make another appointment to see the doctor, but instead of seeing the doctor to discuss it they decide that they are qualified enough to read your results to you over the phone. Which has previously resulted in them telling me the is nothing wrong when there has been something wrong. This doctors would be good if they got rid of the old receptionists and instead brought in new, polite and welcoming receptionists.

Trying to get an appointment is so hard you have to be up and ringing at 08:00 praying you get an answer.
They only release appointments on the day, if you do eventually get through all of the appointments are usually gone by 08:15 and you have start the process again the next day.

When i finally did get an appointment, the doctor and receptionists were helpful and friendly.

While I understand the stress the receptionist are under, I have absolutely no complaints they are always polite and friendly and help as much as they are allowed to, yes I have to ring at 8 like everyone does, they answered at 8’15 gave me an appointment for 10oclock and I had a chest X-ray by 12 o’clock,, that was on Monday 5th dec,, today Saturday the 10th 1.30 GP rang me with results from the X-ray and to see how I was, sorry I haven’t got any complaints with the staff or GP in fact I thank them very much x
