Southall Medical Centre - 223 Lady Margaret Road

This is the worst GP practice I have ever experienced. I left them and registered with MWH. Best decision I ever made. The receptionist are completely useless, rude and unprofessional. It’s impossible to get an appointment and they hang up on you when you call them. Disgraceful! I will be moving all my family from this GP!

Very poor services! Doctor have a no care attitude. Being referred to a clinician when I booked to speak to my GP. I would go to a pharmacy if I wanted to speak to a clinician. Waited all day and no call.

bad experience! the receptionist URGENCY needs training on “HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS WITH EMPATHY” she is rude, without the least politeness.

Really bad medical centre. I waited almost an hour with a swollen arm and then told me I need to register back again. How can you lose patient details? Worst

Good luck with the receptionist answering the phone. Been waiting for 53 minutes for someone to pick up, and for the last 38 min I was caller number 1..absolute joke this is, gave up on it.

Been my GP for last 30 years. Not so good since COVID.

Don't apply here if you are pregnant as they don't anything for pregnant people. The receptionist don't even inform the doctor that you are pregnant and they don't even refer you. They just tell you to download a app and do everything yourself. I went for a flu jab and the nurse clearly said to me to collect a pregnancy form from the desk and the receptionist didn't even give me that, they still just said to me to download a app. They got nothing on there system about my pregnancy as the receptionist won't let me see a doctor. It's bad service

The Doctors are very polite and always listen.
Even when you go in with a list of issues. The time needed to resolve them is given.

The Dr's have looked after my family and me for which I am appreciative for over 15 years

I use the Norwood rd surgery and on occasion the Lady Margaret Road Surgery.

The various nhs services have been used and they have a good team looking After different aspects from nurse's to blood work.

Once in a while a random receptionist may be sharp.
Who doesn't have a bad day?

On the whole my rating indicates the level of service that I have had and recieve whenever I contact the surgery.

With the current Covid situation, I have always had a ring back by the Dr after filling in online form.
Referrels have been made promptly.
