GP department never answer the phone.
Reception at the front are rude, won't even let you finish asking the question before interrupting you and trying to get rid of you.
Also have been trying to get hold of the practice manager for weeks for a placement, but he doesn't respond to my e-mails.
I feel sorry for the elderly patients quite frankly.
At least pick up the phone.

0 STARS. £ B4 Patient - absolutely. Highly unprofessional business manager whom I feel may be unhinged. Shouts, threatens and totally lacks common sense, manners or inclination towards accuracy. Agree with all previous reviews. A total shambles. You are letting the GPs and the NHS down, lady! Shame on you. Pound before Patient. Well said whoever said it below.

Disgusting surgery and doctors especially doctor salotra. Being allocated to him when not wanting to. Makes very rude remarks every time and does not explain anything. Receptionists are very rude and miserable never have a smile on their face. Especially the dark Indian woman. The manager is also rude and arrogant. Doctors and receptionist act as if they are doing us a HUGE favour and taking money out of their own pockets. Cant stand people like them. Only good doctors out there are Dr T singh and DR S shah. Lovely doctors. Feel sorry that they have to work for a practice with a horrible reputation

I've been in this practice for 15 years. However in the past 5 years this place has become an absolute dump. There is a constant problem with repeat prescriptions to the point where my husband has landed in hospital. Would not recommend this place of practice at all!

I'm not a patient there but one of my relations is.
I called with some questions and found the practice manager
extremly rude wouldn't even listen and put the phone down.
I would reccomend she takes some customer care training.

I'm very saddened to hear about the loss of Dr Sanjay Kanani. He wasn't just a great doctor to myself but also was a great doctor to my grandmother. If Kanani's family are reading this know your dad was an asset an asset to my family, visiting him wasn't like the visits you'd do to a normal Dr. He put you at ease and had compassion for his work. I never thought I would get emotional at the loss of a Dr. But honestly he meant a great deal to my family. I'm sure both you daughter's will continue to honour the work your father did. I'm sorry the medical field was unable to help your family when he most needed it! He made a huge difference to people's lives.

Been with the practice for 24 years and can say it’s absolutely diabolical. Reception staff need sacking there’s no customer service training that would save them. Nasty stuck up rude women. They really have let down the practice. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Business manager FERIAL KAZZAZ is the rudest, most unprofessional, incompetent individual I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. She called me to ask me why I requested medication and proceeded to scream at me (despite me staying calm and only following instructions from the receptionists) telling me to "STOP IT!!" when I asked her to stop shouting and calm down. She also screamed "STOP LECTURING ME!" when I told her I did not want to waste resources and there must be a better organised way to get repeat prescriptions than wasting consultations and proceeded to hang up. For the record, I am an MD at a healthcare company working with patients, Dr's, and employ Business Managers for a living, and never in my life have I heard from a person as vile as her. Not fit to work anywhere involving communication with human beings, let alone an environment that requires patience, empathy and a base line level of intelligence. Truly a stain on this practice.
