The Willow Practice

I caught covid 8 weeks ago. I went for my regular asthma review 4 weeks after I’d had covid and the nurse noticed my asthma was worse than it had been pre catching covid. I was given advice and another appointment to check on my asthma. Had my second review last week, I’m still having issues so they have arranged a change in medication and another appointment in 2 weeks to check. All appointments in person and I am being well monitored and cared for. Throughout the pandemic myself, my children and especially my parents have had excellent care. Always got an appointment when needed. The care my father received was excellent up until he passed away, and the kindness towards us after was much appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough. All the staff there are brilliant.

Firstly I am not using more just 2or 3 times a year for kids but all the time they are very helpful best practice.dr
Mandy bum and Dr.roy I prefer with them to have my appointments so don't have experience with other doctor.

I have registered with this practice in my borough through the nhs website. I got a confirmation email, but still no one has contacted me. So I called practice to explain the situation and it turned out that I was not in their area ?!, so I was refused help (I had a thrombosis, recently my leg is swollen and needs medical attention). First of all, what's going on with some area, since on the nhs website no one informs that there are some restrictions, secondly, no one informed me for a MONTH that my application was rejected. I have to submit more applications and keep waiting for a refusal, until it turns out that the blood clot in the vein comes back and I die?

Thank you very much Dr Baum, for giving us our flu jabs today, and well done for vaccinating so many patients, you and Dr Roy must have worked very hard all day. Simon and I are fine, thankfully, our arms are a little sore which is to be expected. But I can honestly say that neither of us felt any pain at the time. I didn't even know that I'd had the jab! Thank you again.

Flu jab vaccinations on Sat 8th ran exceeding well. From the greeter at the front to the doctors it was a very pleasant experience. Notifications on turning up was very helpful.

I have been a patient with this practice since 1987.My GP then was Dr Geoffrey Baum an excellent Dr , when he retired l was seen my Dr Mandy and Dr Roy, who are both very good.You are a person first and then an illness Both treat you with the utmost respect and care.i can't praise them enough.5 star treatment always
