Very rude receptionist not helpful at all would give -1 for rudeness

This surgery is hopeless beyond belief. Restricting patient access to care, not responding to complaints and a failure to meet the basic principals of the BMA around duty of care. You cannot even complain online unless its within office hours - just ridicoulous. Dr Sevenoaks or whoever is the lead of the partnership should hang his head in shame. Thankfully Covid cannot mask your incompetence any longer.

Awful tried to get help and see someone and been fobbed off. Dont join this Drs!
