appaulling place .neglect patients with cancer .refuse home visit .refuse appointments .need closing down .reception staff rude.ignorant and don't know the meaning of patient confidentiality .formal complaint been raised

You have to go long way to get 5 stars. I am sure you could do so.

Phone constantly on answer phone. After 20 to 25 mins you may just get thru ,
When asking for a call back as I did 3 days ago concerning medication for my sick dad I still not got anything. Total disregard for patients needs
Yet again called again today and still waiting urgent call back. Any short of going there and knocking door you will not get a reaction
This place is a joke Am so glad it’s not my local surgery which is 100% run how a surgery can be run .
As I live far away I have to rely on others chasing this for me which I clearly shouldn’t have to do but needs must !

Rung 8am still haven't heard back from them I've rung 4 times since to see what's going on , each time Said docter will call me ... Dr malik is so good there, but Dr kwarwaur is appalling.

Dr K is an excellent doctor. She took the time to understand my concerns. The treatment plan she put in place meant I recovered very quickly.

Always a problem to get an appointment and also it’s not nice to delete previous negative feedbacks from here.

Cant get an appointment tried from 8am and no response and finally once call answered no appointment
